The macros are spot on for what I need—50% less carbs and way more protein than my old shake. I’ve been using it as a post-workout meal replacement and it keeps me full for hours without any weird aftertaste, since there’s no artificial sweetener in it.

Swapped my usual lunch for this and the higher protein count actually keeps me full past 3pm, which never happened before. The zero artificial sweeteners is the real win for me though, it just tastes clean without that weird aftertaste.
